Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and most of the European Union (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Denmark and Sweden). Choose your country with the region selector at the top of the page.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days and express delivery 2–3 business days. You'll find the exact options and prices for your address at checkout.
Do I have to pay customs duties?+
Prices in euros and pounds include VAT. For orders to the US, sales tax is calculated at checkout. We ship from within the EU, so EU orders have no customs charges.
How do I find my size?+
Every clothing page has a size guide with body measurements. If you're between two sizes we recommend sizing up, and each product notes how it fits.
What is your return policy?+
You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free. See our returns page for the steps.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods such as iDEAL and Klarna where available.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us within one hour of placing your order and we'll do our best. After that the order may already be packed.
