Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and will refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your region's currency. EU and UK prices include VAT; US prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this right.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
